sweet meat and a crisp briny flavor with a grassy finish and a hint of watermelon
enjoy them with our chardonnay morgan ‘14 from usa ($13)
firm meat with a hint of brininess and a cucumber, nutty finish. great with our french muscadet jean mourat ’15 ($12 a glass)
from the japanese word “precious," they have a slightly briny flavor with a delicate mild fruitiness.
we recommend pairing those kusshi with our domestic albarino la clarine ’15 ($13)
