“northern italy"
 
this week we travel to one of the most stunning areas in the world. at the foothills of the alps, the northern part of italy is divided into seven wine regions. all are influenced by neighboring countries: france, switzerland, austria and slovenia. the cooler temperatures here and less sunshine tend to produce wines with high acidity, moderate alcohol and full phenolic ripeness. sip these flights with some of our charcuterie selections. they will pair well with a nice plate of finnochiona or speck!
