each week, vincent selects a flight of white wines and a flight of red wines to taste and compare a particular origin, grape or terroir. we’ve named this week’s wine flights “the mighty rivers."  not only do rivers influence wine making by carrying a plethora of soil enriching rocks and minerals which influences and changes the terroir, but they also feed the locality and people who inhabit the place which makes our history and influences the souls who make the wine!
