Southern California born, NYC raised. Chef Wesley has always had an undeniable love for cooking. As far back as he can remember, he loved cooking along side his father. He began his culinary career at the young age of 13 interning at Chanterelle in Tribeca. Experiencing inspired food on that level made him realize that food and hospitality would be his one and only passion. He knew he would thrive in the fast paced, intense, limitless environment NYC kitchen's had to offer.
Never having gone to formal culinary school, Chef Wesley has been learning the trade hands on for more than 20 years. From NYC to San Francisco and now back to his roots in Los Angeles, Chef Barden brings a lifetime of culinary experience to each task each day. An honest and approachable culinary style is marked by his great attention to detail and integrity.
